When the Hero Stumbles

For the next few days, James wrestled with the meeting’s revelations. He spent late nights reviewing notes, brainstorming plans, and reworking the company’s goals. But the more he tried to fix things, the more tangled it all became.

I’m supposed to be the leader here, James thought. If I can’t get this right, how can I expect anyone else to follow me?

The realization hit him hard. For the first time, James admitted to himself that he didn’t have all the answers. He wanted his company to be extraordinary, but his vision wasn’t strong enough to guide them. And without that foundation, he could feel the dream slipping through his fingers.
